Creates Regions. Regions are usually used to 'mark' an area on the map and they are used for many different purposes. To create a region, define the area that will be the region by Lclick+drag on the terrain. Type a name in the small box above the 'create' button. Click "create". Your new region should now appear on the list. To delete a region, select it from the list and click "delete". To modify an existing region, select it from the list. The corners of the region will be highlighted. You can only resize a region by dragging the corners. Left click+drag the corners of the region to resize it. When finished, click "Apply".
